Yours Until Death - Johnnie Moore

The family story is that Johnnie Moore and Lona Hickey fell madly in love with each other as teenagers. They were first cousins and the families would not permit any marriage between them.
This well worn picture of Johnnie Moore was carried by Lona Hickey for years.
On the back is written:
YOURS UNTIL DEATH
John Henry Moore was born August 31, 1877 in Canton, the son of William Bomar Moore and Sarah Elizabeth Scott.
Lona Louise Hickey was born July 21, 1878, the daughter of James C. Hickey and Ava Jane Moore.
