Old Mt. Pisgah School in the early 1900's

Second row from top: Second boy from left with x over his head: Aude McWilliams;
same row, sixth boy from left with x over his head: Claude McWilliams, twin of Aude; same row, second girl from Claude: Pebble McWilliams.
The twin boys, Aude and Claude McWilliams, had been orphaned and were living at Buckners Orphans Home when their Uncle and Aunt, parents of Grace and Pebble, took them to live in their home. When they first went to live with their relatives, they were living in the Mt. Pisqah area. That is believed to be where this picture was made. The family later moved to the Edgewood area.
This picture is believed to be of the Old Mt. Pisqah School and a group of children in the early 1900's. It is from the collection of the late Mrs. Aude McWilliams. It belongs to her daughter, Hazel (McWilliams) Goode McEnturff, wife of Eddy McEnturff of Edgewood, Texas.
