Judge Thomas Rusk Yantis and Belle Riley Submitted by Tom W. McKinnon This is Judge Thomas Rusk Yantis and Belle Riley (great grandparents of Tom McKinnon). Judge Thomas was born 9 Apr. 1857 in Millville, Rusk County, TX, & died 9 Feb. 1932 in Van Zandt County, TX.. He was a VZ County Judge for several years and a law partner of Charles Lee Hubbard. He married Belle Riley on 16 Oct 1890 in Van Zandt County, TX. Belle was born 16 Feb. 1868 in Van Zandt County, TX, & died 2 Oct 1917 in Van Zandt County, TX.
