Chairman Art Hall Speaks

Our speaker will be Art Hall. Mr. Hall is a sixth generation Texan and a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin. He is the retired president of Southwestern Management and Research Corp., a securities broker/dealer and investment advisory firm in Dallas. He is also a retired U. S. Navy Captain, having served 33 years in Naval Intelligence. Active in linage societies, Hall is a member of the Huguenot Society, The Sons of the Republic of Texas, Descendants of Mexican War Veterans and The Sons of the American Revolution. He is past president of the Athens Chapter of the SAR and is currently serving as Texas State Registrar. He is also a former Chairman of the Henderson County Historical Commission. Art is the chairman of the newest SAR state committee - Genealogy. This will be the focus of his program.
