Chocolate Oaties
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. evap. milk
1 stick butter/margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter (maybe a little bit more if not thick enough)
1 c. quick oats
1 tsp. vanilla
