Crunchy Cookies

 

2 cups each of  Rice Krispies,  Captain Crunch Peanut Butter

                       cereal,  and dry roasted peanuts

1 pkg. white or chocolate Bark Coating (23 oz, size)

Directions:

Melt the "candy" coating in the microwave, stirring half way through,

for about 2 to 3 minutes (depends on your microwave).  Stir to be

sure all candy is melted.  Then mix in the 6 cups of cereal and

stir until thoroughly mixed.  Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper.

Cool.  Keeps well in tightly closed Tupperware.
