Tortilla Roll-Ups
 
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) of cream cheese, softened
1 pkg.  (1 packet only) of dry Ranch Style dressing
1 pack of 6 - 8 green onions, chopped finely, stems too
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup (or 3/4 cup) finely chopped red pepper
4 large (10") flour tortillas (or 6 to 8 small tortillas)

Directions:

After thoroughly mixing cream cheese, Ranch dressing, and green onions,  spread over tortillas.  Sprinkle chopped red
pepper and celery over all. 
Tightly roll tortillas and wrap in plastic wrap or waxed paper and refrigerate at least 24 hours before slicing into serving size.
(The small tortillas make nice size for parties.)
