KERMIT — Jan Weaver, 64, of Kermit, a retired convenience store clerk, died 
Saturday, June 26, 2004, at Home Hospice House.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Family Services Chapel. Burial will 
be at Kermit Cemetery. Arrangements are by Family Services Funeral Parlor. 

She was born in Kermit.

SURVIVOR: Sister, Peggy Golden of Kermit.
