Marie Blackstock

KERMIT — Marie Blackstock, 78, of Kermit, a homemaker, died Friday, Jan. 22, 1999, at 
Winkler County Memorial Hospital.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Cooper Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Bobby Braswell 
officiating. Burial will be at Kermit Cemetery. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel Inc.

She was born in Roscoe and was a 55-year resident of Kermit. She was Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Sons, Melvis Burl "Zeke" Blackstock of Cross Plains and Roland Basil 
Blackstock of Abilene; daughter, Deborah Kathleen Mills of Kermit; sister, Polly Brazil 
of Sweetwater; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
