KERMIT — Raul V. “Weaver” Perez, 49, of Kermit, a Key Energy Services operator, died Sunday, Aug. 11, 2002, 
at Medical Center Hospital.
Mass will be celebrated at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. John Lucido
 officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Cooper Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Kermit 
Cemetery. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel.
He was born in Kermit and was a lifelong resident. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Brenda Perez of Kermit; daughters, Rebecca Kingston, Jennifer Kiser and Amy Brooks, 
all of Kermit; parents, Manuel and Rita Perez Sr. of Kermit; brothers, Rudolpho “Rudy” Perez of Barstow, 
Ricardo “Richie” Perez of Houston, Manuel “Blanco” Perez Jr., Reynaldo “Rey” Perez and Rene Perez, 
all of Kermit; and seven grandchildren.
