Octaviano Towns
KERMIT — Octaviano F. Towns, 96, of Odessa, a retired carpenter, died
 Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2002, at Winkler County Memorial Hospital.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. 
Burial will be at Kermit Cemetery. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at the 
church.
He was born in Eagle Pass.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Gilbert Towns, Oscar Towns and Homer Towns, 
all of Kermit; daughter, Belin Towns of Kermit; 17 grandchildren; 
28 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
