Sherwood Edwards
KERMIT — Sherwood Edwards, 71, of Kermit, a retired maintenance supervisor for the 
Kermit Independent School District, died Wednesday, March 20, 2002, at his residence.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at First United Methodist Church with the 
Rev. Beth Harrington officiating. Burial will be at the Kermit Cemetery. Arrangements
 by Cooper Funeral Chapel.
He was born in Roby and was a resident of Kermit for 43 years. He was an Air Force
 veteran of the Korean War. He was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Donelle Edwards of Kermit; son, Scott Edwards of Kermit; daughter, 
Dawn Edwards of Fort Worth; sisters, Inell Goforth and Ardell Gilbert both of Roby; 
and three grandchildren.
