Esther Powers
KERMIT — Esther Powers, 97, of Wink, a homemaker, died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2002, at her 
residence.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Thomas Catholic Church with the Rev. 
John Lucido officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Sunday at Cooper Funeral Chapel.
 Burial will be at the Kermit Cemetery. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel.
She was born in Chickasaw, Okla., and was a resident of Wink for 40 years. She was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Several nieces and nephews.
