PIONEER CABLE TOOL DRILLERS- FIVE WINKLER COUNTY RESIDENTS WHO HAVE SEEN MANY CHANGES IN THE OIL BUSINESS, WERE HAPPY TO POSE HERE AT THE OLD MOORHEAD DERRICK WHICH WAS MOVED TO KERMIT RECENTLY FROM ITS ORIGINAL LOCATION NEAR MENTONE.  LEFT TO RIGHT: THE FIVE COLORFUL CABLE TOOL DRILLERS, COMMONLY KNOWNS AS "JUG-HEADS" ARE E.E. BRACKENS OF WINK, "HUPP" HORNER OF KERMIT, JACK HORNER OF WINK, JIM DOOLEY & FRED GARRETT, BOTH OF KERMIT.  THE OLD DERRICK BROUGHT BACK MANY MEMORIES TO THE DRILLERS, AND THEY SPENT QUITE SOME TIEM DISCUSSING "CABLE TOOL DAYS."
