KHS Reunion Dates: Friday, July 20 & Saturday, July 21, 2007

For the past several months, plans have been underway to assure you of a "Fun time with old friends and an opportunity for meeting new friends." Specific information pertaining to the 2007 reunion includes:

Reunion will be held at the Grand Hotel Fun Dome, 6201 E. Business I-20, Odessa, Texas
The Hotel is offering us special guest rates if we register on or before July 8th, 2007
Standard room rate is $69.00 per room {outside} plus tax per night (1-4 persons). Suite rate is $105.00 per suite plus tax per night (1-4 persons). "INSIDE" room rate is $77.00 per night.
In order to get these special rates, specify your associated with the Kermit Alumni
Following a lengthy discussion with 10 Class Secretaries & Officers located in the Kermit area, the decision was made to increase membership dues by $5.00 ($2.50 per year) beginning this year. The dues increase will help offset the amount that we subsidize the cost of meals that we charge the members. Questions pertaining to this action will be answered during the business meeting at the reunion.
This year, the hotel increased the cost of meals that the Alumni association will be charged to $18.25 for Friday night and $41.00 for Saturday night. Therefore, the association has to charge the members $18.00 for Friday night and $35.00 for Saturday night.
As last year, there will be no Saturday Noon Luncheon. This allows more time for the golfers to finish their tournament, more time for class pictures, class secretaries meeting, and more visiting with "old friends" The schedule for Friday and Saturday is as follows:

9:00 - 5:00	Registration (coffee and soft drinks furnished)
6:00 - 7:00	Social Hour with cash bar. Dinner Meal follows

Saturday, July 21, 2006

9:00 - 12:00	Registration (coffee, rolls, soft drinks furnished)
12:00 - 1:00	Lunch on your own
	Class Photos will be made on Saturday Afternoon. Times will be posted at Registration. Photos will be ordered through your class secretary and mailed to you.
6:00 - 7:00	Social Hour with cash bar
7:00	Banquet Dinner

In order to receive the Alumni Association's special room rates, make your reservations by July 8, 2007. To make reservations by phone, call 866-362-2311 (toll free) or 432-362-2311. In making reservations, make sure you specify Kermit Alumni.
