KERMIT - Bess Phillips, 85, of Tulsa, Okla., died Monday, Jan. 29, 2001, 
in Broken Arrow, Okla.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Winkler County Memorial Cemetery
 with the Rev. Mike May officiating. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel.
She was born in West Milford, W. Va., and had been a longtime resident of Jal, N.M.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Buddy Phillips of Tulsa and Jerry Phillips of Clayton, N.M.; 
three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
