Neva Shreffler

JAL, N.M. _ Neva Helen Ross Shreffler, 77, of Jal, N.M., a homemaker, died Monday,
 Jan. 12, 1998, at Lea Regional Hospital in Hobbs, N.M.

Services will be at 3 p.m. today at First United Methodist Church with the
 Revs. Blackie Ellison and Pattie Butts officiating. Burial will be at Kermit Cemetery. 
Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Home.

She was born in Rockland, Penn., and was a 42-year resident of Jal. She was Methodist.

SURVIVORS: Husband, Gerald Shreffler of Jal; daughter, Carolyn Joyce Hamilton of Amarillo;
 sisters, Louise Carlson of Titusville, Penn., Eleanor Ross and Janet Ross,
 both of Palm Bay, Fla.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
