  KERMIT — Julia Spivey, 52, of Kermit died Saturday, July 18, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital. 
  Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cooper Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jess Little officiating. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Home. 
  She was born in Kermit. 
  Survivors: Son, Brian Kohr of Odessa; daughter, Vaudie Jo Kohr of Kermit; brother, James Thomas of Wink; sisters, Sheila May Casteel of Odessa, Janet Fox of Kermit, and Shirley L. Tidwell and Kitty J. Compton, both of Oak Grove, La.
