Thelma Walker
KERMIT — Thelma Cheney Walker, 83, of Kermit, a homemaker, 
died Saturday, April 15, 2000, at her residence.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church with the
 Rev. J.R. Manning officiating. Burial will be at Kermit Cemetery. 
Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel.
She was born in Hallesbille and had been a resident of Kermit for 41 years.
 She was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Floyd Walker of Kermit; son, Jimmy Joe Walker of Kermit; 
sister, Lillie Skrobarcek of La Bernia; and one grandchild.
