Jesse Woodard Sr.

KERMIT _ Jesse Ray Woodard Sr., 61, a Burlington Resources lease operator,
 died Saturday, June 14, 1997, at St. Mary Hospital in Lubbock.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Northside Baptist Church with the
 Rev. John Cary officiating. Burial will be in Kermit Cemetery. 
Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel Inc. of Kermit.

He was born in Anson and was a resident of Kermit for 26 years. He was Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Janie Woo" dard of Kermit; son, Jesse Ray Woodard Jr. of Andrews; 
daughters, Barbara Gray of Fort Stockton, Shiela Snells of Lake Jackson and 
Renee Acosta of San Angelo; stepdaughters, Rhonda Willhelm and Wanda Thomas, 
both of Kermit; brothers, Dean Woodard of Shydale, La., Robert Woodard of Sidney,
 Jerry Woodard of Fairview, Okla., Kenneth Woo" dard of Pocatello, Idaho, Norman Woodard
 of Duncan, Okla. and Larry Woodard of Lander; sisters, Ruby Lee and Alma Bell, 
both of Marksville, La.; and 12 grandchildren.
