| W.A. Buchanan is listed on the 1860 Fort Belknap, Young County, Texas census He was born in Tennessee about 1833. He was living in the home of Young County Sheriff Edward Wolffarth. W.A. Buchanan was serving as a clerk for the Young County District Clerk. Young County records show him on 18 December 1860 and he is now shown again in the records. |
