MEMBERSHIP
Membership of the Society runs from 1st April to 31st March and costs £9.00 sterling for individuals or, £12.00 sterling for family membership. Overseas membership costs £10.00 sterling.
We now have a US dollar account, which means we can now accept cheques in US Dollars only for purchases and membership payments.
The Society has Bank Accounts in Australia and New Zealand, these can be used for "paying in" subscription fees. If interested please request details and a PAYING-IN SLIP from the Membership Secretary (see below).
You are also advised that you can pay your subscription fee direct through Parish Chest.
If you wish, we accept payment for multiple years.
Application forms should be sent to the Membership Secretary (see below).
Applications received during period 1st January to 31st March will be deemed to be members for the period April 1st to 31st March the following year, unless otherwise requested.
It is suggested that you download the Membership Form and print it, it is NOT a WEBFORM.
Herefordshire Family History Society is registered with the Data Protection Commissioner.
Personal data provided to the Herefordshire Family History Society by members (including names, addresses, email addresses, member's interests etc) are held on a computer database and may also be held in a manual filing system. This data will be processed by the Society, and may be published in the Society Journal. This data will not be used for any other reason other than for the legitimate purposes of the Society.
Members are requested to inform the Membership Secretary immediately of any changes to their personal details.
If you wish to obtain a copy of the data processed relating to yourself please contact the Membership Secretary. The Society is entitled to charge a statutory fee for the provision of this information. At the present time this is set at £10.
