	Your FULL Name - pretty much self-explanatory.
	Site URL - if you have a family data/roots web site, enter it here as http://Your URL. Otherwise, leave the URL that is listed there. The URL currently listed in the text box will point to a web site stating that the member as decided not to give additional information.
	Primary Surname - enter the primary Surname that you are researching. This information is for UGS use only.
	EMail Address - the e-mail address where you can be reached. This information is not shown or listed on any public pages. This is for UGS use only.
	Password - enter a password that you will use to make any modifications or changes to the information you have initially entered.
	Keywords - words to help others find you with searches.
	Contact info - enter all other information detailing your family research.
