CLAIMS Thomaston, Me., as his birthplace (where he has resided a great part of his life), and the date, June 29, 1860. He was educated in the public schools. Since 1881 his business interests have been in Boston. Col. French is a member of the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts, and justly deserves the popularity that he enjoys. |
