Councilor from the Sixth District, was born in Bangor. He was educated in the public schools and at Gorham Seminary. Mr. Hatch has long been identified with the business interests of Bangor, having served fourteen years as a member of the city government, and for fifteen years one of the assessors. His services in the Legislature for four years were of great value to the State. Mr. Hatch was State Tresurer for three years, and has had seven years' service as Executive Councilor. His wide esperience and strong common sense have made him a man whom the people are pleased to honor.
