Mrs. Perkins Dies in Salt Lake

Mrs. Rachel Corry Perkins, 75, widow of Hyrum Perkins, pioneer of San Juan County, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lawrence Oseman, 1404 Arlington Drive, early Friday morning of heart disease. She was born February 9, 1855 at Cedar City and came to Salt Lake five years ago.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Oseman, Mrs. Freeman Nielson of Bluff, and Miss Rachel Perkins of Blanding; three sons, George, Hyrum Corry, and Daniel Perkins of Blanding; brother, Andrew Corry of Cedar City; sister Mary Corlett of Cedar City; [?] grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
