Main Floor   (US/Canada Books)

  • The photocopy machines will be moved east of their present location.

  • The Automated Resource Center ("ARC") will be removed.

    Apparently, the plan is to have access to the Internet on all computers thoughout the FHL, and have access to all ARC CD-ROM's via the network, or by checking them out through the Library Attendants.

  • The study carrels will be removed.

Floor 2   (US/Canada Films & Census)

  • Census Area doubled in size into readers West of it, and the census index tables moved into center of Census Area.

  • Glass wall separating the Copy Center will be removed.

  • Special Collections will be turned into a classroom.

  • Lobby area emptied.

  • US/CAN Overflow films moved to this floor from B1.

  • Classroom B214 will be moved to the West side of the floor.

  • Glass wall separating the Copy Center will be removed.
