Indenture between Robert Hix and George Hix, for natural Love and Affection unto my son, George Hix, 500 acres on North side of Maherrin River in Southwark Parish, and being a part of a 2,000 acre tract granted to the said Robert Hix, by Letters of Patent dated August 10, 1720, and adjoining the lands of Robert Hicks, Daniel Hicks and James Wyches. Presented in Court on March 17, 1730.
