Court for October 7, 1736. Upon the petition of Elizabeth Barlow, George Hix is appointed her guardian until she arrives of Lawfull age. George Hicks, together with George Wallton, his security, came into Court and presented and acknowledged a bond for his faithful keeping of Elizabeth Barlow and her estate and surrendering the said Estate to the said Barlow when she shall attain to lawfull age or when thereunto required by the said Court which is ordered to be recorded.
