Court for March 29, 1751.  Henry Person and Mary his wife, Complainants, against Irvin Brown an Infant, Respondent. In Chancery.  On the motion of the complainants by their Council It is ordered that Nathaniel Hix of this county Gentleman be appointed Guardian to the Respondent who is under the age of 21 years to defend him in this suit.

Court for January 2, 1752.  Nathaniel Hix is appointed Guardian to Irvine Brown an Infant and thereupon he entered into Bond with Security according to Law.

Court for January 2, 1752.  Upon the petition of Ervine Brown an infant by Natl. Hicks his Guardian.  George Wyche, Henry Cooke and Timothy Rives or any two of them are appointed to allot and assign to John Wall Gent. and Mary his wife the reasonable dower of the said Mary of and in 1248 acres of land whereon Burrell Brown Gent. died seized in Fee simple and make report thereof to the next Court.
