Court  for May 28, 1752.  James Hicks Guardian of Daniel and Benjamin Hicks orphans of Daniel Hicks presented account and exhibited receipt from the said Daniel whereby it appears that he hath receive his Estate of his said Guardian ordered he be excused from rendering any further account of Daniel's est.
