KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I Benjamin Hicks of the State of S. Carolina do constitute and appoint John Wall of the County of Greensville and State of Virginia my good and lawfull attorney for the purpose of Collecting all my Book Debts due me in Virginia and I hereby do empower my said Attorney to bring suit Warrant or any other Judiciary process for the recovery of my aforesaid Book debts.
