HUFF - Elizabeth Lundy daughter of James Lundy who died c 1725. William Huff died c.1781 Logic of Elizabeth Lundy's Ancestors 1. In James Lundy Will of Isle of Wight County, Virginia dated Feb. 20, 1717 and recorded Mar. 23, 1723, he mentions children James, Burchel, Edward, Robert, Elizabeth, and Thomas. 2. In 1770 will Edward Lundy mentions sons James , Drewry, John, Edward, and Byrd. 3. In 1781 will of James Lundy mentions neice, daughter of Byrd Lundy and cousin James, son of Robert Lundy. 4. In 1783 will Robert Lundy mentions his sister, Elizabeth Hoof, son James Lundy in addition to other children and grandchildren. The James Lundy, who is the uncle of Byrd Lundy's daughter Mary, is the son of of Edward Lundy. Because he and James Lundy, the son of Robert Lundy, are cousins; Robert and Edward are brothers. Also from Robert Lundy's will, Elizabeth Hoof is Robert's sister. If Edward, Robert, and Elizabeth Hoof are siblings, then it is reasonable to assume they are the children of James Lundy, who died in 1723 in Isle of Wight County. If you have any data on William Huff or James Lundy's ancestors, I'd be interested Talbot Huff
