Caldwell Deed

The outside of the document says it is recorded in Deed Book
"P" Pages 142 and 143.

This Deed, Made this 13th day of October in the year one
thousand nine hundred and eleven between Ira B. Caldwell and
Mallie J. Caldwell his wife parties of the first part, and
D. J. Caldwell party of the second part

Witnesseth: That in consideration of the sum of six hundred and
twelve and 50/100 Dollars, cash in hand paid this receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged the said Ira B. Caldwell and Mallie J.
Caldwell his wife do grant unto the said D. J. Caldwell that
certain tract or parcel of land containing (52-3/4) fity two and
three fourths acres of land situated on Johns Creek in Craig County
Virginia adjoining the land of the grantee B. C. Caldwell and
others and is the same land conveyed to the grantor Ira B.
Caldwell by B. C. Cadwell by deed bearing data May 2nd, 1908
and recorded in the clerk's office of the circuit court of Craig
County in deed book"N" pages 595 and 596 to which deed reference
is had for metes and bounds and further descriptions.
