PHILLIPS - Hi, I'm trying to find out about Benjamin Phillips (born 1804 in Accomack County). His parents were Benjamin Phillips and Ruth Boggs. I'm trying to find out who he married and who his children were. I think that he may be the father or grandfather of Benjamin Franklin Phillips (born 1827), of Lenoir County, North Carolina. LDS Family Search records show that he died in Elizabeth City County, as did some of his siblings. Any help that you can provide will be much appreciated. Pat Mertz Esswein

PHILLIPS, ARMISTEAD, DUBREE - Hi. I'm trying to learn more about the two wives of Benjamin Phillips (1804-1890) of Elizabeth City County. Other correspondents on this board have graciously told me that his wives were Mary Armistead and Mary Dubree. I have searched to no avail for both on the LDS familysearch.com Web site. Does anyone know anything about either of these two women? Does anyone know the names of their children? Thanks in advance for any help you might provide. Pat
