Aug. 16, 1604, Beaumanor, Leicestershire, England, d. likely after 1657/1659, York County, Virginia [?], the fifth son of Sir William Heyricke, knight. Married on unknown date, Ann Unknown, b. unknown, d. unknown, York County [?], Warwick County [?], or Elizabeth City County [?], Virginia. Number of children, if any, unknown. Henry Heyricke was in England as late as November 1634 and there are references that place him at the following locations in Virginia on the following dates: March 17, 1641, York County, with Sir Francis Wyatt, received a commission to conduct business with foreigners. September 23, 1642, received land, with wife Ann, from the Court of Elizabeth City County. September 12, 1643, with wife Ann, transferred said land in Elizabeth City County to a Mr. Wilkinson. October 01, 1644, was a Burgess for Warwick County. February 17, 1644/45, was a Burgess for Warwick County. March 08, 1647/48, witnessed a binder in York County. June 28, 1653, wrote a letter from Virginia to his brother in England. June 26, 1655, was in court in York County. September 24, 1655, was in court in York County. December 21, 1657, may be the Mr. Herickes mentioned in a list of bills in New Poquoson. September 10 & 23, 1658, mentioned as being among the writings of John Gosling, deceased. Unknown month & day during 1657-1659, was ordered by a Court in York County to pay a debt. Is anyone researching this individual and his wife?
