I William Waugh of Stafford County being sick but of perfect memory thanks be to Almighty God... ordain this my last will & testament.....hereby revoking all other.. in form following Item I give and bequeath my soul unto almight God...buried at the discretion of my executors hereafter named. ..... Item I give unto my loving son Travers Waugh all my land in Fairfax county on the North side of Occuquan...for want of heirs to my loving son Joseph Waugh and heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for want of heirs to my loving son Gowry Waugh and his heirs ..
