Schedule:

9:00 a.m. - Registration

9:30 a.m. - Welcome

9:45 a.m. - The Evidence Conflicts. What Should I Do? Do you have enough evidence? How do you weigh it? What if it conflicts? Is it circumstantial? What is more believable? Can you make a convincing case?

11:15 a.m. - Avoid the Crooked Path! Case studies demonstrate how to zero in on a goal, reduce the problem, and stay on the straight and narrow until the solution is found.

12:15 - 1:15 p.m. - Lunch

1:30 p.m. - Leaping to Erroneous Conclusions: What Did the Record REALLY Say? A quick look at a document can lead to faulty conclusions. Look again. What does it really say? We will look at examples where evidence could be misinterpreted.

2:45 p.m. - 'Solving' The Problem in 25 Hours or Less! This lecture is a favorite! Strategies are presented to maximize research in a minimum of time. These strategies can be used when conducting either on-site or off-site research.

Door prizes throughout the day!
