In the name of God Amen:
I W. H. Martin being of sound mind do make this my last will and testament.
   1st I desire that all of my debts be paid but hereby state that at the present time they are limited to the amounts due & payable to Geo. R. Minor.
   1st 2nd I desire that all of my personal property shall be disposed of and applied to my debts refered to above and if the amount received for my personal property is not sufficient pay what I owe then the beneficiaries of this will shall pay the bal. then due, But idf the amount received for the personal property is more than sufficient to pay my indebtedness the balance shall be divided between my daughter Loula Alexander and my son Albert Martin.
   1st I desire that my farm shal be divided between my daughter Loula Alexander mentioned above and my Grandson Leonard Martin.
   1st My home lot on which I now live I leave to Leonard Martin. The lot on which my daughter Loula Alexander now live I leave to her. The line between these lots of land shall remain as now established, beginig at corner line of T. L. Jones Est. & T. P. Jones and my own land running straight across the Gravel run swamp.
   1st I further request that my heirs shall provide for me a decent but not expensive burial and I now appoint Geo. R. Minor the executor of this my last will and Testament.

This paper writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of W. H. Martin, who died on the __ day of December, 1940, was this day produced before me in my office and proven by the oath of J. W. Jones, one of the subscribing witness thereto. Whereupon it is admitted to probate and as for the true last will and testament of W. H. Martin, deceased.
