Indenture Deed between John Littlejohn, Charles Binns, and Robert Braden and Abiel Jenners, Loudoun Co., Virginia Deed Book 2K, page 158-159 dated 1808
This Indenture made this [blank] day of [blank] in the year of
our Lord One thousand eight hundred and eight Between John Littlejohn,
Charles Binns and Robert Braden of the county of Loudoun and commonwealth
of Virginia of the one part and Abiel Jenners of the county and
commonwealth aforesaid of the other part Whereas the said Abiel
Jenners by his Indenture commonly called a Deed of Trust bearing
date the third day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand
eight hundred and five duly Executed acknowledged and Recorded
in Liber F F folio 161 one of the Land Record books
of the Clerks Office of the County Court of Loudoun did for and
in consideration of the sum of Four thousand seven hundred and
eighty four dollars and sixty seven cents current money grant
bargain sell alien Enfe[?] off and confirm unto the said John
Littlejohn Charles Binns and Robert Braden their Heirs and assigns
the under mentioned Tract or parcel of Land Situate in the County
of Loudoun which the said Abiel Jenners purchased from John Hamilton
bounded as follows Viz. Beginning at a red oak on a Hill corner
to William Fox and James Rice thence with Foxs line No 50
W 40 poles to a White oak another of his corners thence with his
line No 37 W 16 1/2 poles to a White Oak another of his corners
then with his line No 63 W 83 poles to a stump in a line of said
Fox then with his line S 43 1/2 W 116 poles to a Stake Robert
Bradens corner thence with his line So 55 W 84 poles to a stake
in the head of an old Mill dam, corner to Charles Bennett then
So 48 1/2 East 36 poles to a stake another of Bennetts corners
then with his line So 3 1/2 W 102 1/2 poles to a stake in the
line of Ellzeys land thence with his line No 86 3/4 East 261 1/2
poles to a stone near an old school house stone No 4 W 10 poles
and 5 links to a stump thence No 24 1/2 W 36 poles to two stumps
near the fence and near an old road thence No 37 East 25 1/2 poles
to a white oak corner to Cavans and Rice thence with Rices line
No 66 W 10 poles to a black oak thence with another of his lines
No 4 1/2 W 105 poles to the beginning also one other Tract beginning
at a small hiccory [sic] in a valley corner to James Rice and
in Cavans line thence with said line S 73 1/2 East 9 poles to
two black

25 1/2 East 88 poles to a fallen black oak in a line of James
Ralekes [?] then with his line No 5 1/2 W 100 poles to a Hiccory
corner to Moyers then with his line So 86 1/4 W 126 poles to a
stone corner to Abner Williams and James Rice thence with Rices
line So 43 1/4 East 84 1/2 poles to a Stone another of Rices corners
thence with his line So 18 W 36 1/4 poles to the beginning Containing
(both included) Three hundred and fifty eight acres, three woods
and nineteen poles reference being had to the above recited deed
of trust will more fully and at large appear. And whereas the
said Abiel Jenners hath fully satisfied and paid to them the said
John Littlejohn Charles Binns and Robert Braden the above mentioned
sum of Money and the Interest thereon they the said John Littlejohn
Charles Binns and Robert Braden do agree to execute this Instrument
of writing as a full release of the above mentioned parcels of
Land Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said John Littlejohn
Charles Binns and Robert Braden for and in consideration of the
of the [sic] payment of the above mentioned sum of money and the
Interest therein and for and in consideration of the sum of one
dollar current money to them in hand paid by the said Abiel Jenners
the receipt whereof they the said John Littlejohn Charles Binns
and Robert Braden do acknowledge and themselves to be fully satisfied
contented and paid have and by these presents do give granted
bargain sell Release Enfeoff [?] and confirm unto him the said
Abiel Jenners his Heirs and assigns forever all the above mentioned
parcels of Land Together with all and singularly appurtenances
to the same belonging and the Reversions and Remainders Rents
Issues and profits thereof To have and to hold the said above
mentioned parcels of Land to him the said Abiel Jenners his Heirs
and assigns forever to his and their own proper use and behoof

Robert Braden have hereunto set their hands and affixed their
seals the date first above written
