I Mary Kline of the Town of Waterford Parish of Shelburne and
State of Virginia being old and infirm in body but of perfect
mind and memory and calling to mind the uncertainly of this mortal
existence do hereby make this, my last will and testament in manner
and form following towith
1st I will that my body be decently interred and the expenses of my funeral to be paid by my Executors herein after named.
2nd I will that all my just debts be paid thirdly I will that my real property consisting of a lot of Ground a brick House one Story and an half high and a log Stable lying in the town and county of Frederick State of Maryland shall belong to my son Lewis Kline and to my daughter Mary Dorsey and her husband their heirs and assigns forever share and Share alike.
4 To my son John Kline I will and bequeath Seventy five dollars current Money to be paid by my Executors.
5 To my eldest daughter Margaret Bruner or Brooner I will and bequeath thirty Dollars current money to be paid by my Executors. And lastly I Constitute and appoint my son Lewis Kline and my son in law Edward Dorsey Executors of this of my last will and testament In witnesses whereof I have herewith set my hand and Seal this eighteenth day of November 1812.

At a Court held for Loudoun County 13th March 1815 This Last will and Testament of Mary Kline dec. was presented to the court and duly proved by the oaths of J Morgan and Thomas Wilkinson the subscribing Witnesses whereto and ordered to be Recorded.
