News for our Washington Family Members

Facebook!  The Society now has a Facebook page.  Facebook is a social and networking site.  We are hoping this page will be a way to strengthen family communications throughout the year.  You will need to be a member of Facebook to access the page.  Search for "The National Society of the Washington Family Descendants"; click on the "Request to Join Group" statement on the right.  This is a private page for Society members only.  Once the site administrator has approved your request you will be able to view trip details, genealogy questions posed by other members, discussions, etc.

The 2009 Annual Meeting will be held October 9-11 in Charles Town, West Virginia. Look for a newsletter containing details which will be mailed by April 17, 2009.
