Philip EASTIN, (b. abt 1726), married Elizabeth DOUGLAS, (b. 18 Dec 1733 VA), about 1747 in VA. They are reported in LDS's IGI to have had the following children all born in Orange County, VA: Richard, Johnston, Philip, (b. 1755 VA), Frances/Franky, John, Charles, Reuben, Judith, (b. abt 1762), Elizabeth, Nancy and Mary. Judith married Edmund SHACKELFORD. Mary may have married John DAVIS. My direct line descends from Philip EASTIN (1755) who married Sara Hite SMITH on 18 Aug. 1782 in VA. There is some evidence to suggest that his first marriage may have been to an Elizabeth HENDERSON on 23 Mar 1781 also in VA. I am interested in sharing information and research with "cousins".

I am searching for the parents and marriage record of John Thomas KELLY, b. 29 Oct 1825, d 6 Jun 1912 (in Wythe County). He is listed in the 1850 census of Orange County. He was married to Mary Elizabeth COLE, b. 12 Aug 1829, Louisa Co, VA, d 20 Mar 1913, Wythe Co., VA. Her parents were Daniel COLE and Sophia KEMPER. Daniel Cole and wife were living with him in 1850. He was married before 1848. Daniel Cole had lived in Culpeper Co. My grandfather, Richard Alexander KELLY was born in Spotsylvania in 1860.

Researching the ancestors of William J. DAVIS (b.1861-d.1945) and Cornelia Lancaster DAVIS (b 1877 d. 1965). They were married in 1903 and lived at Mine Run in Orange County. Their Children include Debora WILTSHIRE, Lelia MORRIS, Lucy SHELTON and Estelle DAVIS. Cornelia's parents were George LANCASTER (b1848-d1908) and Eliza ?(b1855-d1912) . They also lived at Mine Run. WJD's father WJD Sr died circa 1875 in Orange Cty. WJD Jr's siblings include Rueben, William and Lizzie. Cornelia's siblings include Willie, Rupert, and Tensia. Any info or leads will be greatly appreciated.

I am searching for William Johnson married to Mahala maiden name unknown. In his son's obituary it says William A., the son, grew up near Locust grove this is the first link we have had prior to 1860 in Lawrence County Ohio. We believe the Locust Grove mentioned is in Orange County Virginia as we also have a prior child death which states she was born in Virginia. If anyone can help me please let me know. Thank you

Looking for Mary BERRY b. abt. 1760 in Orange Co., VA, m. 22 July 1776 in Orange Co., to John MUSICK. Both John and Mary d. in Logan County, IL abt. 1844. Mary may have been a sister to Samuel and Benjamin BERRY who moved from Orange Co. to Woodford Co, KY abt. 1789. At least one son of Mary and John was born in Woodford Co., KY. My 4th great grandfather, James Francis Walker was born in 1762 in Orange County, Virginia. He came to Texas with Stephen F. Austin in 1824. He brought his wife, children, in-laws and slaves. Do you have any information about his parents, brothers, sisters, cousins, aunts or uncles. My search has stopped with him. Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Thank you.
