            In the name of God amen I Frederick Stoneberger of Shenandoah County and State of Virginia being weak in body, but of sound mind and memory as you may say this considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound memory… (illegible).. be almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say…

(1)        first I give to my son Luis all my land lying Between Philip Longs and John Naumans,

(2)        also I Give to my son in law Jacob Judy all my Land that lies between the said John Nawman and George Hawns… (illegible)… and the mountain and I desire that each of the Legeteas shall have thare Land survade and the said Jacob Judy is to pay my youngest son Frederich Stoneberger forty dollars in the Limit of three years after my decease. I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made. In witnefs whereof I have herenunto set my hand and seal this 27th day of December 1805. Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Frederick Stoneberger to be his last will and Testament in the presents of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnefs in the presence of the Testator

            At a Court held for the County of Shenandoah on Monday the 10 day of March 1805. The last Will and Testament of Frederick Stonebarger dec’d was exhibited to the Court and proved by the oaths of Archery Berry and Henry Ailshite, And on the motion of Lewis Stonebarge there being no executor named a certificate tis Granted for him for obtaining Letters of Administration with the will annexed he having entered into bond with security and made oath as the Law directs
