I Job Breeding of Madison County in the State of Virginia, conscious of the uncertainty of human life, do make my last will and testament.
After paying my just debt & funeral escpenses I give to my wife Jane Breeding for and during the term of her natural life, all the rest of my estate both real and personal of what nature or kind soever it may be, and after the death of my said wife I give & devise the same to my daughter, Fanny Breeding & her heirs forever
I appoint Thomas Graves, Joel S. Graves and William Burnett escecutors of this my last Will and testament. In Testimony whereof I have hereto subscribed my name on the 19th day of June in the year 1815
