TAYLOR - I would love to find out anything about the descendants of John D. (Daniel) Taylor, who supposedly appears in the 1820 census. I hear that there were alteast two John D.'s, a father and son. I have an orphan, who was in Martin Co.,NC from the 1850 census. His name was John Daniel Taylor. Years of research has uncovered no link to any of his family. The only other John Daniel Taylors that I have been able to find are the ones from Powhatan Co. Thanks.
