CALLIE MARIE EDWARDS HASSON
DRAPER - HASSON Marie Edwards Hasson, age 83 of Clarksferry Road, 
Draper passed away Saturday, June 12, 2004 in Lynchburg at the home of 
her son and daughter-in-law.
Born Jan. 6, 1921 in Draper she was the daughter of the late John and Ellen 
Bryson Edwards. Her husband, Sammy Hasson, two sons; Richard Sammy 
Hasson, Roger Lent Hasson, and one grandson, Michael Scott Hasson, also 
preceded her in death. She was a retired supervisor from the former Pulaski 
Apparel with over 30 years of service.
She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy, Delton.
Surviving are: her sons and daughters-in-law, Larry Wayne and Alice Hasson, 
Lynchburg, Va., Freddie Lane and Carolyn Hasson, Huddleston, Va., Ann G. 
Hasson, Draper; brothers and sister-in-law, Bruce and Daphia Edwards, Draper, 
Jack Edwards, Draper; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joyce and Bud Secrist, Dublin, 
Freda and Jerry Pugh, Pulaski, Carol and Bill Carter, Ormond Beach, Fla., Elizabeth 
and Tilden Worrell, Radford, Margaret Horton, Pembroke, Va.; grandsons and spouses, 
Richard and Charis Hasson, Pulaski, Larry Wayne Hasson, Jr. and Carabae, Danville, 
Michael Lynn and Amber Hasson, Huddleston, Lane and Sherry Hasson, Roanoke, 
Roger Lent Hasson, Jr. and Jen, Atlanta, Ga.; granddaughter and spouse, Kimberly 
and Michael Graham, Evington, Va.; ten great grandchildren; special member of the 
family, Beecher Stapleton; faithful companion, Princess.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Riverview Church of God, Draper 
with the Rev. Raymond White officiating. Interment will follow at the Hasson Family 
Cemetery (Delton). The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 p.m. Monday evening 
at the Bower Funeral Chapel, 1631 Bobwhite Blvd., Pulaski.

The family will be meeting at the home of the grandson, Richard Hasson, 1789 
Newbern Road, Pulaski.
