His daughter Gracie FREEMAN who marrried Charlie ADAMS and moved to Wythe or Pulaski County, Va. Her children were Orbin FREEMAN, William (Bill) FREEMAN, Bell? Binky?(Nickname) Binky might have been adopted by another family. more children but I do not know their names. Orbin and William(Bill) FREEMAN were raised by their grandfather John FREEMAN.

CLARK, HOBACK posted by Carol Jones on Saturday, September 11, 1999: I am searching for information on my g-g-grandmother, Louisa CLARK, b. 7/8/1822 (or 1823). She was married to Robert Orr HOBACK on 9/17/1840, in Cabell County, VA (now WV). They moved to Missouri shortly after they were married, and in 1850's, moved to Otoe and Cass Counties in NE. She died 5/22/1885 (or 1887) in Cass County, NE, and is buried at DYSART-HOBACK Cemetery in Cass County, on a farm near Union, NE. Robert O HOBACK was born 5/25/1821 in either Wythe or Tazewell County, VA, and died 10/25/1900 in Cass County, NE, and is buried at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery just north of Nehawka, NE, in Cass County. I am searching for information on the parents and/or siblings of Louisa CLARK. Many in our family, (and also from my grandparents' generation) believe that Louisa was a niece or grand-niece of William Clark, but I have yet to prove this. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Was his family referred to as "FFV", First Families of Virginia? Did any of his people go into Pulaski County, Virginia or Monroe County, Virginia (West Virginia)? I hope to find his descendants in Pulaski and Monroe down through the Civil War. I'm working on a biography of someone from Monroe County, and I want to verify the claim of FFV.

My father was Clenton "Slim" TOLBERT, his mother's family was MABERYS, do not know their first names. I know the names Nester and Dalton are connected to this family but do not know how. Bell and Lovell was my mother's natural parents name, have very little info concerning them. Any and all information will be appreciated.
