Brenda Ann Finley, 63, of Roanoke, Va., and Johnson City, Tenn., died unexpectedly on Friday, October 22, 2010, in Johnson City. Miss Finley was the daughter of the late Edward Kellogg and Arvilla Fender Finley. She was a graduate of East Tennessee State University and was a Librarian at the Melrose Library and the Virginia Room of the Roanoke Public Library. Miss Finley is survived by several cousins. A Memorial Service will be held 2 p.m. on Monday, November 1, 2010, at Oakland Baptist Church, 3623 Roundhill Ave., NW, Roanoke, Va. 24012.
