Cemetery	Altaffer Family Cemetery
Location	Rockingham County, Virginia. Route 668, present (1965) owner of farm is Mr. Homer C. Koontz.
Notes	No attempt was made to find this cemetery in 2003. This family cemetery is said to have been in use on ground northeast of where Reuben Altaffer’s old home once stood. There are the remains of a plot 40 x 40. This was once enclosed with a board fence and there may have been approximately 12 graves. There are no stones and it is not known for certain who was buried here. However, descendants believe that the children of Reuben and Sophelia Altaffer are buried in this plot.
